From a humble beginning in 1964 to a diversified business group serving Bangladesh’s agricultural and industrial sectors, Royal Group’s journey is built on entrepreneurship, commitment, and a vision for sustainable growth.

Royal Group began its journey in 1964 in Chowmuhani, Noakhali, initially as a retail business dealing in agricultural machinery and spare parts. What started as a modest local enterprise gradually developed into a trusted name through a strong commitment to quality products, customer service, and long-term relationships. The foundation of the business was laid by the late Mr. Hor Kishor Saha, an iconic figure in the local business community. Through his entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and dedication, he established the values that would become the foundation of the Royal legacy. Following his passing, his eldest son, Mr. Alak Saha, carried forward that legacy. Under his leadership, the business expanded its operations, strengthened its market presence, and embraced new opportunities in agricultural machinery and related sectors..

Bangladesh is an agriculturally motivated country and at Royal gold we are singularly focused on the necessity to research, improve, develop and invent new agricultural technologies that are important to maintain maximum efficiency to farm in less arable land using limited natural resources.
