Construction

  • 100% alloy graded cast iron body with 16.5 Deg inclined frame design.

Drive

  • Heavy duty gear box made of graded cast iron.
  • Hardened shaft and gears and heavier bearings for long, trouble-free gear box life.

Cutting Rollers

  • Mandrel are made of thick, seamless pipes and fabricated by MIG weld technology.
  • Precisely machined and dynamically balanced roller.
  • Stainless Steel Segments for roller are from own forging plant, with proper grade and dimensions.

Bearing Housing

  • Unique Dovetail housing block for continuous backless elimination. Rigid vibration free.
  • Axial adjustment with dovetail mechanism for better matching of rollers.
  • Cartridge Bearing. Sealed within steel case to ensure longer life of bearing.
  • Not need to remove bearings always during sharpening, result long live.
  • Also reducing time for roller changing in CTC.

Cutting Unit Cover

  • Moving cutting unit cover with positive drive alloy steel gear system with dual scraper.
  • Hydraulic lifting arrangement for easy handling and maintenance.

Cooling Arrangement

  • Centralized cooling arrangement with S S twin duct.
  • High air discharge volume blower.

Conveyor Belts

Conveyor Drive

Micro Dial

Auto DeJamming

  • Easy synchronized cam mechanism, separates rollers automatically.

Almost Zero Spillage

  • Conveyor slope, side spillage guard and modified scraper prevents spillage.

Auto Trip

  • Auto tripping arrangement is fitted at first cut to prevent damage to rollers from foreign materials.

Lifting Tackle

  • Roller lifting tackle is provided with the machine with capacity 1mtr.
